Does it really work 100% offline?
YES! MaintMobile is designed offline-first. You can complete work orders, add photos, scan barcodes, record time - all without any internet connection. Data syncs when you reconnect.
How is it licensed?
By DEVICE, not by user! One tablet shared across 3 shifts = 1 license. This makes it extremely cost-effective for shift operations.
Which platforms are supported?
Android 6.0+, iOS 12.0+, and Windows 10+. Available on Google Play, App Store, and Microsoft Store.
Does it sync automatically?
Yes! When WiFi is available, it syncs in the background automatically. No manual sync buttons needed.
Can I scan barcodes?
Yes! Built-in QR code and barcode scanning using device camera for instant asset identification.
Photo capture quality?
Full resolution photos with before/after comparison. Photos attach directly to work orders.
Works with which CMMS?
MaintMobile is specifically designed for MaintMan CMMS. It is not a generic mobile app.
Internet required for setup?
Initial setup requires internet to download work orders. After that, fully offline capable.
