Do I need to install anything?
No! MaintCloud runs entirely in your web browser. Works on any device - desktop, tablet, or phone. Just login and start working.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted in secure, certified data centers in your region of choice (EU, USA, or Asia-Pacific). Full GDPR compliance and data sovereignty.
What if I lose internet connection?
MaintCloud requires internet connection for access. However, MaintMobile (our mobile app) works fully offline and syncs when reconnected.
How often do you backup data?
Automated daily backups with 30-day retention. Point-in-time recovery available. You can also download your data anytime.
Can I switch back to on-premise MaintMan?
Yes! Your data can be exported and migrated to on-premise MaintMan if needed. We support hybrid deployments too.
What about software updates?
Automatic! New features and security patches deployed seamlessly without any downtime or action required from you.
How many users can I have?
Unlimited concurrent users! Cloud architecture scales automatically - no performance degradation regardless of user count.
Is it secure for regulated industries?
Yes! ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR compliant. Supports FDA 21 CFR Part 11 for life sciences. Full audit trails and encryption.
